The headshot day session is a modern approach to personal and business
branding. Whether for your website or social media, Tracy will work with
you to achieve portraits that mirror your style. This session fee
includes a mini 20 Minute In-studio session with online viewing gallery of 10-15
proofs from which you will choose 3 images to be retouched/edited for
your digital download. You will receive full printing and rights of use
of your 3 chosen images.

Waiver of Liability Release

By agreeing to a session with Elan Studio LLC also known as Elan Studio by Tracy Sweeney, I am hereby waiving, releasing, and discharging Elan Studio LLC, Tracy Sweeney and all affiliates from any liability, including but not limited to, liability arising from the negligence or fault of the entities or persons released, for death, disability, personal injury, property damage, property theft, or actions of any kind which may hereafter occur to me. Elan Studio LLC is not responsible for any injuries inflicted upon any participating parties. Client(s) will be responsible for themselves and release photographer from any claims against their person or their business. Client and all participating members forfeit all right to bring suit against Elan Studio and Tracy Sweeney for any reason.
