Permission

I hereby give permission to Elan Studio to use my photos and likeness in all forms and media for advertising, portfolio, demo, trade, stock photography, editorial, altering without restrictions, and all other lawful purposes. I understand I am entitled to no compensation. I release the photographer of all forms of claims and liability related to my photo usage. I fully understand the terms of this release. Tracy Sweeney, operating as Élan Studio, LLC, retains the copyright of all original images and reserves the right to use and reproduce them to promote her business. Including, but not limited to, website images, online social networks, and electronic and print marketing campaigns and displays.

Waiver of Liability Release

By agreeing to a session with Elan Studio LLC also known as Elan Studio by Tracy Sweeney, I am hereby waiving, releasing, and discharging Elan Studio LLC, Tracy Sweeney and all affiliates from any liability, including but not limited to, liability arising from the negligence or fault of the entities or persons released, for death, disability, personal injury, property damage, property theft, or actions of any kind which may hereafter occur to me or my family. Elan Studio LLC is not responsible for any injuries inflicted upon any participating parties. Client(s) will be responsible for their children and for themselves and release photographer from any claims against their person or their business. Client and all participating members forfeit all right to bring suit against Elan Studio and Tracy Sweeney for any reason.
